Shipping policy

Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-3 business days to get your order processed, packed, and into the hands of the shipping carrier. From there, please allow another 5-7 business days for ground shipping, depending on your location. You can track you order using our Portal.

PREORDERS: If your order includes pre-order items, we'll dispatch your entire shipment as soon as all items become available. When you preorder a product, we note the estimated date on the product's detail page. This is the date we anticipate that we'll be able to ship your product. It is not the date your package will arrive.
